
A. Stone Lodge works in close partnership with Local Councils and other organisations. All applicants looking to make their home with Stone Lodge need to be on the Stone Lodge Register. To get the application forms or referral leter to add your name to the Housing Register, please contact us on info@stonelodgegroup.com and we'll forward you the relevant form.
A. The cost of our weekly rents varies from scheme to scheme. An approximate cost is £32 per night for a self contained flat; this cost includes all service charges, heating, water and electricity. All tenants are responsible for their own TV licence and Council Tax
A. Housing Benefit can be applied for if tenants are on a low income. Housing Benefit will cover the assured rent and the housing service charge. It is the tenants own responsibility to pay for their heating, water and electricity as housing benefit will not cover these. A. In general we do not allow pets into our schemes; however this is subject to the Manager’s discretion who will advise upon application.
A. At Stone Lodge we actively encourage our tenants to be as independent as possible. Therefore, our tenants are free to come and go as they please and as such there is no set time when the doors are locked.
A. As above, all tenants who chose to make their home with Brunelcare are free to have visitors to their flats. Guest Rooms are available should family and friends wish to stay over night.

A. Stone Lodge is a private housing group that provides good affordable, accessible care and services for a wide range of people in the London areas. Stone Lodge offers care and choice for its clients.
A. It is impossible for us to say how long it will take for you to be offered a property as we do not know when tenancies are going to be ended. The advice is that as long as you are on the Stone Lodge Housing Register and have stated an interest in a Stone Lodge property then you should be offered a property, although a timescale cannot be given.
A. Yes, you can move into a Stone Lodge property although you may not be able to apply for housing benefit if you have large savings or a large income.
