We can sign either a lease for 3-5 years. With this, we can guarantee that your property will be 100% managed for the entire duration of the lease. There will be no more concerenes about finding tenants or leaving your property vacant for long periods of time, we handle that task for you.

As part of the service, you will receive a guaranteed market rent for every month Stone Lodge leases your property. This means no loss of rent which tends to be lost during vacant periods. You are also protected against market fluctuations in rent and will not have to worry about tenants owing you rent, Stone Lodge will pay your rent regardless of whether they pay or not.

What will it cost?

Stone Lodge manages the property and do not charge any commission or management fees. In addition, Stone Lodge will not charge any fees for providing schedules of works for your property prior to leasing the property, nor for the actual setting up of the lease.

While tenants reside at the property it will be the tenants responsibility to pay all the utility bills as well as the council tax and at Stone Lodge, we aim to offer our clients market competitive rent for their property, however the rent offered can vary depending on which Local Authority the property is located in.

Finally, Stone Lodge Group will pay you monthly via an automated BACS system direct into your bank account - guaranteed!
