Stone Lodge has been providing accommodation services to Local Authorities for over 13 years. We have experience at managing services that exceed current contract specification, including tailor made packages for individual clients.  We service the above schemes through regular monitoring meetings and reviews.

Stone Lodge believes the only way forward is to work cooperatively with Local Authorities, dealing with issues together as they arise and addressing situations that are sometimes outside of the parameters of the relevant service level agreement or contract.

Our property standards are reviewed regularly in order to meet current local authority property specifications/standards and changes in legislation. We are accredited with the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS).

Stone lodge has a large number of homes to rent in London. These include studio apartments, flats and houses in different sizes. These homes provide for a variety of tenants such as single persons, childless couples and the elderly.

• Shuttle service for every tenant to each placement.
• Fast and efficient repairs service
• Complaints dealt consistent with our charter (i.e. emergency complaints dealt within 24-hours)
• Arrangement with 24-hour emergency electricians, plumbers, and boiler repairers for all our properties and specialist contractors for immediate pest control problems.

Service Excellence

In order to maintain a strong working relationship we believe that both parties should work closely together to minimise the stress involved in providing temporary accommodation services. In order to achieve this we provide the following services:

• Flexibility of choice for properties available and new property listings on a weekly basis.
• Bookings service available via phone, e-mail and fax (available 24-hours for emergency bookings).
• Generous discount rates for block bookings.
• Any property adjustment requirements from the borough will be adhered to.
• An up-to-date property portfolio list email or faxed to your office daily.
• Room turnarounds will be made available on the same day.
• Office open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
• Strict register of guests occupying all properties/annexes - completion on a weekly basis.
• Working with our client to eliminate any fraud and abuse of the temporary accommodation service.
