Stone Lodge will soon be able to offer a support service in the areas of Barnet, Haringey and Enfield.
This is a service which will offer you support if you need some help in managing your tenancy, helping you to stay in your home and the local community. Our floating support service will generally involve a worker visiting you at home to offer practical and emotional support.
If they are unable to provide the information you require, they will be able to put you in contact with someone who can help you. They will also talk to other organisations, such as social services, housing benefit and Supporting People on your behalf if you want them to.
All of our support workers will be interviewed and screened prior to working with our customers. They will also complete a comprehensive induction programme and continue to receive on-going training and supervision during their employment. Our staff will be flexible in their approach to meet the changing needs and expectations of our customers.
All of our support assistants will be insured by full public liability insurance, which provides protection from accidental damage or injury.
